Stuffed with four cheeses, rolled up and smothered in a delicious tomato sauce, these Easy 4 Cheese Lasagna Rolls are perfect for eating now or freezing for later!

So I ordered groceries from Shipt today from Meijer, if you can tell since almost all my stuff is from Meijer.  But since COVID-19, some things are hard to come by.  So when I ordered everything to make stuffed shells, and my Shipt shopper messaged me to tell me they didn’t have any, I said well what other large noodles do they have.  She said they only had lasagna noodles.  Perfect, I found a recipe on Pinterest and here we are!  Some nights, we just want a meal with no meat, and all these cheese are so yummy together, it was just what I was craving!

Instructions below on how to make your own lasagna rolls!
